Technology
- MedTech will contract with the technology vendor to build and maintain your Virtual event
- Technology management will be handled by MedTech through the vendor
- MedTech will liaise between vendor and client to ensure education sessions are technically sound in the environment
Development/Project Management
- MedTech will fully develop and manage the creation of your Virtual event environment, with your input and review
- Individual education sessions will be handled by the client with the assistance of MedTech and the technology vendor
- MedTech will manage all deliverables from the client to be included in the event
Marketing & Audience Development
- MedTech will create all marketing materials necessary to promote exhibit sales and attendance, with your input and review
- Marketing initiatives will include but are not limited to:
- Assistance with development of registration generation strategy
- Assistance with development of sales generation strategy
- Sales collateral for booth sales
- Assistance with sales contract development
- Registration page for attendees
- Landing page about the event
- Banner ads
- HTML email creation/text email creation based on registration generation strategy
- Registration confirmation HTML emails
- Event reminder HTML emails
- Attendee guide with tech support, frequently asked questions, etc.
- Exhibitor guide with tech support, frequently asked questions, etc.
Support
- MedTech will provide one support person to be on hand at the event for technical and other questions
- Development of support booth at the event
Exhibit management
- MedTech will work with the vendor to create Booth Builder tool to distribute to exhibitors
- MedTech will manage the deliverables from the exhibitors
- MedTech will hold a best practices session for the exhibitors

- MedTech will offer best practices on the following:

- Audience management
- Support
- In-show activity
